Liverpool FC are targeting Dutch striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar for a year loan deal
By the looks of it everything Tottenham Hotspur wants, Liverpool get. First it was Joe Cole, who almost decided to join Spurs but in the last minute changed his mind and signed for Liverpool. Now it is AC Milan striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who was on the radar for Harry Redknapp since the time he signed for Spurs.
AC Milan are asking £14million for the transfer of Huntelaar to Liverpool, but new Kop boss Roy Hodgson will be satisfied in paying £2 million for his yearlong loan term. With Fernando Torres still doubtful about his Liverpool future, this approach of signing Huntelaar might just be a back up for the injured and undecided Spaniard.
