Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy is likely to take a transfer to London club Fulham
With the new Premier League rules in place, Craig Bellamy might just find himself not included in the Manchester City starting lineup. The Man City squad now consist of seven strikers (Roque Santa Cruz, Felipe Caicedo,Emmanuel Adebayor, Carlos Tévez, Alex Nimely , Jo) including Craig Bellamy and with EPL new rules in place, the 31-year-old Welshman might just want his way out of the City of Manchester stadium.
Mark Hughes has been appointed as the new manager of Fulham and he has already made Craig Bellamy his first target signing. If Bellamy agrees to join Fulham, then Mark Hughes would sign Bellamy for the third time for three different clubs.
Craig Bellamy worked under Mark Hughes during his days with the Welsh national team between 1999 and 2004. When Mark Hughes was appointed as Blackburn Rovers manager, Hughes signed Bellamy for the first time. In 2008, Mark Hughes agreed to manage Manchester City and once again signed Bellamy from West Ham United.
